“I believe we have what it takes to change the world and solve key world issues right now. The resources are there if we connect them in the right ways. Humanity Unites Brilliance is that HUB of humanitarian change. It is a central uniting source for people and organizations to come together and move our world from survival to self-sustainability to self-empowerment. This requires the HUB product that provides life-vital nourishing food and clean water and also education to children and microcredit to the caregivers. With this product HUB is planning on building out thousands of communities around the world.”
Charlie Stuart Gay, HUB Founder
I recently spent an afternoon and evening with an extraordinary humanitarian, Charlie Gay, one of the founders of Humanity Unites Brilliance. You can learn a lot from the language of a man but far more from their vitality and empathetic capacity. In this regard, Charlie shines and his concept and team are simply brilliant. I have spent the past thirty years visiting companies and talking with founders about their work and I have never been more impressed. As Cher’s concert promoter and manager, Charlie could have retired on his share of earnings from her infomercial and concert income or been paid handsomely to produce infomercials for others but he chose instead to use his immense creative and intellectual capital, his network of A list celebrities, business and political leaders and his deep commitment in service to humanity during this critical period of immense societal challenges.
To accomplish his noble vision, Charlie has attracted a world class management team and faculty that mirrors his commitment and is rare in its capacity to deliver highly useful personal and business training. At the same time HUB applies the highest level of integrity and rigor in it’s non-profit partner selection process. While the descriptive information below explores the HUB world in words, it is the invisible dimension of heart and soul that illuminates HUB’s vision in action. HUB can best be defined as a Magnificent and Loving Movement and a Social Network.
Mohammed Yunis, the Nobel Prize winner for his Grameen Bank micro loan program, currently helping over 62 million women, recently suggested that for profit companies get involved in helping fund social programs rather than leaving that task solely to non-profits. He has met with Charlie and supports HUB’s work as a perfect example of this new model of corporate philanthropy.
If it were simply the fact that a for profit has chosen to donate 40% of their income to initially provide food, water and microloans to African communities and then the world, that would be enough. But HUB also offers a global marketplace for its microloan recipient’s creations.
In addition to feeling great about directly helping African children, their mothers and fathers, HUB members have the opportunity to study a life and business curriculum from an outstanding faculty whose mission is to empower each member to be the best they can be in serving humanity with their own unique brilliance. HUB is a self-selecting organization that is extending an invitation to humanity to join its humanitarian and educational efforts and will appeal to those heart based individuals who want to give and receive in a vibrant learning community of compassionate souls.
Here is a short overview of HUB with a link at the end to learn more. Enjoy!
A new paradigm in Network Marketing was born with the recent launch of of Humanity Unites Brilliance (HUB). HUB is dedicated to helping people lead lives of service and significance, making a profound impact on poverty and hunger around the world offering each member access to a collaborative learning community.
HUB’s new business model empowers individuals to live a humanitarian lifestyle that helps move the community and its donation recipients from survival to self-empowerment to sustainable abundance. HUB’s non-profit partners include Feed the Children, Nourish the Children, and The Micro Credit Summit and Raincatcher. This win-win-win operating model is built on supporting the success of every member in reaching their potential and realizing their dreams through monthly teachings and quarterly live events delivered by a faculty of innovative, creative and humanitarian teachers, social change agents and business leaders who include Jean Houston, Michael Beckwith, Mark Victor Hanson, Marie Diamond, Marci Shimoff, Chris and Janet Atwood, Barbara Marx Hubbard with new faculty being added regularly.
HUB is an invitation to join a field of loving possibility in which our brilliance is invited to dance and play.
The HUB community is organized around the concept of doing well by doing good and many members regularly experience the joy of a “helper’s high.” After an initial membership fee of $148 which includes the first month’s payment and an introductory start up kit, each member contributes $99/mo that is distributed in the following ways:
40% funds food, water, education, and microloans to African communities and later around the world. Each member feeds and educates three children a month.
40% funds a world-class life and business monthly curriculum from a HUB University faculty and commission distributions to the community.
20% funds current HUB overhead and in time is expected to be reduced to 10% thus increasing HUB donations to its non-profit partners.
“Ignighters” are held weekly to invite friends and associates to learn more about the HUB opportunity and are very low key. There is no hard selling which is very refreshing. If guests find the presentation compelling and are moved by HUB’s people and the project, they can learn more and decide if it is something they would like to be part of.
HUB ’s goal is to attract 400,000 members within 2 years which will mean $40 Million per month in addition to income from live events that will be applied as outlined above. HUB’s official launch is June 1 and should benefit from positive word of mouth, distribution through its faculties networks and wide media exposure. HUB represents a unique ground floor opportunity for NPD readers to consider.
If this sounds like soemthing you feel drawn to know more about, here’s a link to a HUB presentation that will fill in the details, http://newparadigmdigest.com
