I use it before i go into the sun because innately i feel it protects me and makes my skin healthier. Many of my friends have said I am coco-NUTS for doing this and I am increasing my risk of cancer. But now, because of this New Paradigm Digest article you have posted, I have seen the light and my ego is re-enforced!
